In towns where demand for housing exceeds the supply, investing in real estate remains   a lucrative business for investors.

A 3D simulation of the new Dar es Salaam Rapid Transit (DART) will give you an idea of how the new bus transport system will look like. The new system is aimed at easing traffic jams, improve safety for all road users, transport people efficiently and on a timed manner. For example, one will be able to calculate the time it takes from Ubungo to Posta, when to get the bus, as this information will be available to users at advance.
